Last weekend my wife and I made the ~5 hour drive up to the Mount Crested Butte, Colo show – bluegrassinparadise.com . The guys really tore it up I thought with a high energy one hour set. Highlights for me were Well Well, a cover of the GD’s He’s Gone, and a spot on beautiful version of The Beatles song Here Comes The Sun. It had rained quite a bit the previous day at the festival, and had rained during the set immediately prior to the Dusters set, but during set up for the Dusters and throughout their set the sun was shining brightly:) They dedicated that song to a friend who was in attendance and whose birthday it was that day. Have they done that song live before? Next weekend we will be going up to Lyons, Colo for the Rockygrass Festival show.
